Dave served over 9 years as an active-duty US Army officer. An outstanding military career was tragically cut short due to injuries sustained during Operation Desert Storm and subsequent service complications. He was medically retired at the rank of Captain. While on active duty, Dave was constantly recognized for hard work, innovation, dedication, leadership, loyalty, candor and ability to work under pressure. He additionally received numerous awards — including a Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medals, and more.
Former Tax & Business Attorney. Upon his retirement from the Army, Dave began private practice in law. His practice focused on tax and estate planning, business transactions, real-estate transactions, and financial planning. During his 23-year career he was responsible for the preparation of several thousand legal documents — planning documents and the formation of numerous corporations and partnerships.
Former Trial Attorney. Dave received additional training as a trial attorney. He served as legal counsel, handling family liabilities, injury, bankruptcy, child abuse, drug and assault cases. After his retirement from the Army, Dave represented several clients in civil and criminal proceedings.
Nick is a seasoned photographer, videographer and graphic creative with over 15 years of experience specializing in product & commercial photography, video production and visual storytelling. He has been delivering high-quality visuals for brands and companies for over a decade, and has successfully run his own media production company for years — working with industry professionals across the country.
Beyond commercial media, Nick teamed with a Digital Marketing Manager at a major university and was instrumental in film & multimedia productions. From developing concepts for visual storytelling to managing tools, vendors and franchise marketing across multiple channels, his contributions showcased a blend of creativity and strategic planning.
Nick's professional journey also became hands-on experience in mentorship — assisting in a multitude of professional choices, mastering the high-pressure dynamics at top-tier learning environments.
